As part of the Hong Kong Legal Week 2023 initiative, curated by The Law Society of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Department of Justice, our firm took part in the GBA Young Lawyers Forum with members of the Macau Lawyers Association.
Under the theme “Building a Future Together under GBA Opportunities”, members from the three jurisdictions that intersect in the GBA, discussed the strategic positioning and roles of legal professionals in building a law-based business environment.
There was also time for the young legal representatives from the three jurisdictions to share their experiences and expectations in relation to practicing in the GBA, to understand the nuances of each jurisdiction, and best practices to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.
